THE APARTMENT SWAP Alice is going through a separation. As spring folds into summer, reflections of lost love pass through moments of despair whilst nature comes into bloom. As Alice and her teenage daughters move into a new home the realism of the break becomes obvious to her and she floats into a dreamworld where anything can happen. She recalls moments when life feels intense as a fire and compares them to the stillness of patting her cat, her one and only loved and hated company through many lonely hours.
 The Apartment Swap is a tale about how a woman gradually comes back to herself.
DIVORCE POETRY A woman’s jewellery hangs around her neck to show the world that she still has something to give. Each pearl in the necklace represents a moment and they are all strung together with a faint scent of perfume. As a thousand tears have collected, the moments of pain and pleasure still remain as the reader finds her way into a human soul.
